E-Tec SENAR

Mid-level technical course

Challenge

SENAR, a national leader in training and qualification of rural communities, had the challenge of launching their first ever medium-scale technical agribusiness
course.

Solution

DOT digital group developed a remote education platform with personalized content suited to the needs of rural workers. The platform includes a hybrid format of courses, using didactic materials, video classes, and a virtual environment guided by a tutor.

Result

Currently, the DOT-created remote Agribusiness technical course, that has about 7 thousand students in 23 Brazilian states.

Ibmec

EAD Postgraduate courses

Challenge

IBMEC, a leader in higher education in Brazil, had challenges updating and developing new graduate courses with mobile-friendly access – an important feature their audience expected from them.

Solution

DOT developed a complete Educational and Visual Project. Mobile-friendly courses were developed with the responsiveness and languages appropriate to the students’ profile, in addition to having interactive and dynamic features.
A game about BSC, tailored to the Strategic Management department, was also developed, further engaging the students’ interest in the course.

Result

A total of 23 disciplines have been updated and developed, designed for multi-device access.

World Bank

Remote Customer Training

Challenge

The process of training public and private entities that request financing from the World Bank took as much as five days, and did not always have satisfactory results.

Solution

Remote learning platform with the necessary technology to present theoretical contents, using instructional design and didactic resources.

Result

The success of the course in Brazil led the World Bank to expand the project to Latin America and the Caribbean. The solution, in Spanish and English, is able to identify the user’s country of origin and automatically offer the course in the appropriate language, including adapting the content to the specific demands and needs of each country.

Natura

Gamification for the Sales Team

Challenge

Engage Natura consultants to participate in the company’s incentive program.

Solution

Natura, one of the largest Cosmetic companies in Latin America reached out to DOT in need of support for their Corporate Education strategy. DOT conducted a pilot study with 30 million Natura consultants to determine the company’s sales goals and KPIs. With this study, DOT was able to create a corporate incentive program tailored for their different types of consultants. With this new data, Natura was able to create indicators to measure results, map out their business, develop personas and determine valuable sales behaviors.

Result

With this new scenario in hands, DOT was able to design the best strategy to impact Natura’s consultants, adding inputs for the evaluation of results and possible adjustments to the strategy.

Honda

Corporate Game Development

Challenge

The challenge in this project was to replicate the real functions of Honda’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, simulating the situations and problems faced by dealership managers across the country. The goal was to show and promote how to use the CRM tool amongst Honda’s employees.

Solution

The solution was to create a game in desktop format, which simulated the main functions of the company’s CRM system. Game dynamics based on gamification strategies were included.

Result

The creation of a Game with time-management mechanics . Each player performs actions and completes tasks in a given time. This solution reflects Honda’s real-life managerial tasks, such as qualifying leads quickly. Tasks and actions are also evaluated in the game, according to the correct use of the tool and correct application of processes. This game was developed for Honda Brazil’s nation-wide teams within the motorcycle and car departments.
